Expanding on Jeremiah 10:23
A person cannot determine what is going to happen to him, and he should not try to direct his own life without God.
Now Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge Him,
and He will make your paths straight.Here are three essentials to a walk directed by God
– full trust,
Renunciation of one’s own wisdom, and
Acknowledging God in everything
The Lord God is responsible for showing his children the straight way,
A straight way is a way of integrity and uprightness. It is a way full of God’s blessing. It is a way that will lead to the right goal – God Himself.
Just this fact that we cannot determine what the next hour or second holds for us is the reason why we have to put our complete heart trust in God. For only Him can give us the best direction in life… A way of integrity and uprightness…
