The church is an instrument through which God is presently working to reveal Himself to the world. Leader ship pisitions in the church are established by God. They involve calling by God and special spiritual gifts. You should not serve in leadership position because you are asked or because you want to do so. You must be called by God and equipped with the proper spiritual gift .
