Chapter 8: Decision- making.
Prov.16.9 – We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.
Making decision is a difficult task facing leaders each today. Each decision we make is important, because decisions on small matters over a period of time effect our entire life and ministry.
A decision is a choice. you must find an answer for a real life suituation and decide what action you will take. Decision determine destiny. Note. Decisions made by a leader effect not only destiny, but the destiny of others.
Never make a decision when you are angry, upset, or under pressure. Don not make decision too quickly.
Note. Most decisions do not have to be made immediately.
Not everyone is a leader. Some are followers
