Chapter 12. Chapter study.
Chapter study is the exactly what the title conveys. It is the study of God’s word chapter by chapter.
Four steps in the chapter study method.
Step 1 Select a chapter title.
Record on the chapter study chart the name of the book and chapter number you are studying. Read the entire chapter and give it a title which reflects its content. Step 2 mark paragraph divisions.
A paragraph is a group of verses which relate to the same subject matter. When the subject changes, then a new paragraph has bugun.
Mark the paragraph divisions in your Bible by drawing a circle around the verse number where the paragraph begin.
Step 3 . Create A Chapter Study Chart.
On the study chart record the title of the chapter. List the verse of the paragraph division. And the title which reflects the content of that paragraph
Step 4. Create A Chapter outline.
By using the paragraph divisions and paragraph titles for the main points. Then select subpoints and outline the verses in each paragraph of the chapter. Record the verse number by the points and subpoints.
