Life after Religion.
Religion is the attempt of man to know God. It is ritual and regulations, works and word without power. Religion brings about spiritual death. Today we have seen many people practicing religion but no evidence of the power of the Gospel in their lives.
Now the power of God is the visible demonstration of His desire to reveal himself to man . Spiritual power is God’s kingdom in action. It brings life.
Many have experience religion. They have joined various cults and denomination. These organisations have lulled them into unconcerned spiritual attitude. They have not experienced the power of the gospel which can change their lives. They are defeated, wounded sick and discouraged. They are dying spiritually.
Who can climb up to the Lord’s mountain? Psalms 15. There are no two ways to walk with God than to wait on him for power and strength. No counterfeit anointing can give us success in ministry.
Secondly Jesus gave us a simple pronciple- remain connected to me and you will bear fruits. John 15:5.
