Chapter 7: power principle one: THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL Rom.1.16 – For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes–Jews first and also Gentiles.
When we speak of the Gospel in biblical sense, it refers to the good news of the kingdom of God and salvation through Jesus Christ. The basic element of the Gospel include the death of Jesus Christ for the sins of all mankind, His burial, and resurrection from the dead according to the written record of God’s word. There is great power in the Gospel message. It’s powerful because:
– it is the revelation of God’s power to man.
– it bring salvation to all men, regardless of race, color , or Creed.
– it reveals the judgement and earth of God against sin.
– it reveals the righteousness of God.
– it shows how to be justified by faith.
-it is the basis of the faith by which we live.
The gospel is the truth, it always comes to pass
