Biblical theology for counselingA counselor should understand, know and apply practically biblical teachings about humans and their relationship with God. This is a complex subject because here the counselor has to apply and use what is known as biblical psychopathology which helps him to better understanding of how to sort through the counselees problems as they engage in discussion. Psychopathology which is all about exploring problems related to mental health: how to understand them, how to classify them, and how to fix them really do show the extent to which counselors must study to show themselves approved in exercising psychopathology biblically.
