Chapter 5 of INTERCESSORY Prayer ( Hindrance to effective intercession).
I have learned that Hindrance is anything that stands in your way, preventing one from interceeding and for me to interceede properly I must identify the Hindrance and eliminate them away from my life by asking God for help to do so and not all unanswered prayers are hindrance in my life, But knowing that answered prayers may delayed ( Like 18:7).There are so many hindrance to effective intercession, some are.
* An unforgiving spirit
* Unbelief
* Lack of compassion
* Not asking according to God’s will
*Wrong motive.
To conclude, it is very important to know when not to pray, which makes us to be alert on what God is saying on weather we should act rather than praying and it’s also important to wait and interceede before the Lord in prayer for his guidance and direction before acting.

Unforgiveness is really prevailing in our age from the model prayer it says; forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespasses against us, this means people will definitely trespass against us but it’s our primary responsibility to always forgive

So true. Apart from these internal hindrances tiredness, is actually one efficient way the devil distracts our intercession. So we need to rest before getting into it
