Chap 5: The World in the word:The new Testament
The coming of Jesus Christ to the world was part of God’s plan revealed in the Old testament. It was announced through an angel to a virgin- Mary.
After Jesus birth ,He was called akrn to the temple for dedication after 8 days and Gr was affirmed to be one who will reconcile the world by Simeon.
John the Baptist prepared the way for him, calling people to repentance .Finally when Jesus came he manifested great live for the world through his ministerial works, parables and teachings.
Finally through his death, he concluded the plan of God for mankind when he stated that it was finished.
God trying to win man back to himself was a wonder ful plan since the fall of man in the garden of Eden .. in the old the priest use the blood of animals for sacrifices and for the forgiveness of sins ….
But jesus has been the perfect sacrifice which wishes sins once and for all….
Abba i worship you for sending your son to come and set us free from the slavery of sin once and for all.
Angels, Humans and everything bears wickness of His coming… We are greatful yaweh
