Good evening sir ,and to you coleaques.
    Module: Deputizing
    Course: Creative Bible study methods.
Today I began this study and I’m overwhelmed with the revelations I have in chapter one.
The bible- being a BOOK presenting the sacred writings of the one true God wasn’t written by man’s wisdom but by God’s own inspiration. This means that the writers wrote, sitting right there in the presence of God and the words being dictated into their spirits, to change the world through teaching , reproving, correcting and giving instructions.
Most impressive of all is the presentation of the two major divisions of the Bible – New and Old testaments which though written in different eras, have a united purpose- Jesus, none of the writers contradicted the other, they only had contraversal opinions.
The diversity of the Bible clarifies me on why in some books like lamentation, the writer is mourning, complaining while in others like the psalms you find rejoicing, praising God, it all depended on the mood of the writer, it depended on what God did and how the people reacted to it.
This chapter also really edified me when I went through the divisions of the Bible. I have been reading it but never understood the difference between the books- Law,History, poetry, prophecy- minor and major in the Old testament and the Gospel, History, Letters or epistles, prophecy in the New testament..
This presentation helps really on how I can approach the Bible when studying. God bless us all and good night.

    • The Bible is the sacred writing of our only one and true God. It wasn’t written by man’s wisdom but by the inspiration of God. It purpose was to change the world through teaching, reproving and correction in righteousness……
Father thank you for your words which as a lamp on our feets and a light on our paths…..
