Chapter 18: The Theological Method

Theology is the study of God; that’s, God the Father, God the son and God the Holy spirit.
Theological method is the study of basic Bible doctrines , as a whole with the purpose of collecting ,comparing and organizing it.
A doctrine is a group of teachings about a certain subject.

To be able to do an effective theological study of the Bible you could use all the methods we already saw in the other studies we’ve done so:
1 select the topic to study which could be:-
* bibliology
* Theology
*Christology
*Pneumstology,
* Angelogy,
* Demonology
,* satanology
,*anthropology
*Soteriology, ecclesiology and eschatology.
2. Define the doctrine selected
3. Select the Bible portions to be studied
4. gather informations on the doctrine and then summarize it
