Qualification for leaders
God calls believers to leadership and equips them to serve according to their different callings.
Qualification are qualities of character and conduct described for leader’s in God’s word; because spiritual leadership should be developed and evaluated on the basis of biblical standards.
There are four requirements for all leaders + they should be born again, baptized by the Holy ghost, called ,anointed to be leaders, spiritually matured.
Leaders should manifest the fruits of the spirit. And their qualification should follow biblical modalities. I addition leaders should have a vision, be excellent, decisive, humor, courage, a positive attitude, equipper, authority, dedicated, initiator, wisdom and knowledge, education, experienced etc.
Father help me to be a transparent and a fruitful leader in my generation…
