Chapter 5: People and procedures implementing the plan.
Planing without action is accomplishing nothing. There are procedures that you must take in implementing plans. Procedures are steps that you take to implement a plan and they include: have a clear understanding of it, select your team members, communicate the vision, delegate power, train your delegates, organize them to work together in ministry, schedule your activities, budget indicating the cost and expenditure, take décisions,make plans and activities have to be evaluated.
For every work of God you do, you will be opposed but amidst the opposition, there will be new birthd taking place and these will carry the new wine
