Chapter 7: Analyzing the area.
An area is a specific portion of a country determined by either geographical, linguistic, cultural or political lines.
When you do an area analysis the spiritual aspect should be considered toi.you do an analyzes to answer questions like: what people groups are within this area, what do they have in common, what is the area like, who should reach the area, how should this area be reached
You can gather information by prayer, study of written materials, observations and interviews.
Ti identify an area that’s distinct from another, you look at if they speak a similar language, if they have similar groups or borders.It could be a village, township or country.
Seek to know what people groups are in the area, what do they have in common, what’s the area like, external influences, political analysis, spiritual analysis, who should reach the area and why?
