Chapter 8: Analyzing the Nation
A nation is composed of people united by a common political system. It’s a territory with an established national boundaries. When you analyze a nation, you study it in detail to determine political geographical, linguistic, cultural, spiritual factors.You study to expand an area in which you are ministering to reach an entire nation with the gospel.
As you analyze , you ask the following questions:- what people groups are within the nation, what do these groups have in common, what is this nation like, who should reach this nation, how should this nation be reached?
You father information by prayer, studying, written, materials, observation, interviews.
The people groups within the nation should be identified, the map drawn,and the population known
Seek to know what they have in common, it’s geographical, social, cultural analysis, external influences, political or spiritual analysis. Know who should reach the nation, and how to formulate the plan
