I really give thanks to My Our Lord And Master Jesus Christ Who have granted me the grace and straight to arrive at this point.
KNOWING THE VOICE OF GOD Has always been a very great challenge for all believers . So Chapter 1 title : KNOWING THE VOICE OF GOD, is a topic I will not love to miss out on and I will also love to share with you as well.
Knowing God’s voice implies that:
1- There’s a God.
2- He communicates with man.
3- Man can recognize His voice when he speaks
4-God has something important to say.
The Bible reveals that there are many voices in the world clamoring for attention 1 Corinthians 14: 10.
a– the voice of man
b– the voice of Satan
c– the voice of self
d– the voice of God
Knowing God’s voice results in finding the will of God and learning to receive divine guidance is learning to walk in the intimate fellowship with God.
There are two Greek words translated as “”word “” in the Bible.
Logos and Rhema. Logos refers to the written word of God and Rhema refers to the living word of God or life giving word of God.
-Rhema word of God usually applies to a specific situation, meets personal needs and also provide individual guidance.
– A Rhema can be communicated through a sermon or a verse from the Bible which suddenly strikes you with great meaning. Also through spiritual gifts and in your inner spirit by the lord.
Rhema word of God will always agree with the written word of God because the written word of God is complete. Nothing is to be added to it or taken from it . I hope you are blessed as well. God help us know His Voice for Jesus Christ said “My sheep knows My voice”. So an evidence that I’m a child of God, is the ability to know His Voice.
John.10.4 – And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.
