This is the reality, with various surveys showing that about 70-90 percent of Pastors (about 3.2 Million) are either untrained or, at best, under-trained. This reality brings clarity to the urgent need for a discipleship and ministry training tool that goes beyond just a program to meet the felt needs of the African Christian population, especially those of the leaders and ministers.
